Logo — 14 variants

All geometric, all one-colour capable, all constructed in the same 64px grid, none using an enclosing circle-with-a-glyph. Colour variants use the deep-pine accent, except B which uses the five real mastery-state colours in progression order.

The 16px and 24px column is the one that matters most — it is a favicon and a browser tab before it is anything else, and that is where most marks fall apart.

Wazapod

A The hand-off

Two application fields with the artefact crossing the seam. Draws the one claim that is genuinely yours.

Wazapod

B The progression

The five mastery states rising, resolving into the accent. In colour it IS the product thesis.

Wazapod

C The pod

A container holding an ordered chain. The only mark that reads as the name.

Wazapod

D The glyph 技

Waza in a plain sans, exact square. Depends on a CJK font, and puts the metaphor in the mark rather than the vocabulary.

Wazapod

E The graph

Three nodes, one edge solid and one dashed: the dashed edge is the app boundary. The graph shape stated most plainly.

Wazapod

F The frame

Brackets holding two steps, one done and one not. Precision framing; the pod idea reduced to its edges.

Wazapod

G The quad

Four steps, the last one solid. Utterly robust at any size; the most "unremarkable in the best way".

Wazapod

H The advance

Three chevrons gaining weight. Pure forward motion; the least literal and the most energetic.

Wazapod

I The W

A W drawn as a single stroke path, with one node marking the end state. Reads as the name and as a route through steps.

Wazapod

J The seam

One frame divided by a dashed seam, with the artefact crossing it. Option A tightened into a single container.

Wazapod

K The layers

Subgoals stacked over steps. Familiar to anyone who has seen a data-model diagram, which is either a strength or a cliché.

Wazapod

L The cycle

A segmented ring: practice returning. NOT a circle-with-a-glyph — there is nothing inside it — but it sits nearest that cliché of any option here.

Wazapod

M The stair

A staircase from a hollow start to a solid finish. The progression drawn as a path rather than as bars.

Wazapod

N The pod grid

Four connected cells, diagonally paired. Denser than G and it carries the idea of a connected set rather than a sequence.
